3D Printed iPhone 6S Plus camera mount adapter for a telescope
This smartphone mount was created in CAD (Solidworks). The files for each of the components was sent 8000+ miles over the Atlantic and a friend on an Astronomy forum, Donn Starkey, kindly offered to print the components on his 3D printer and send them back over to the UK. A fantastic collaboration of digital tech.
Most of the pictures in my Astrophotography gallery were taken using this mount. The height and tilt angle of the mount is fully adjustable.
